At Drop Shot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused sports equipment. Ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it firmly to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
